Shipping, Returns and Refund Policy
- If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order.
- If, for any reason or circumstance, the items do not reach their final destination within 30 days from the purchase date, a full refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
- All items must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition, including both the packaging and the product, so please keep them in good condition.
- Please note that special items, as well as items and packaging damaged due to normal use and wear, cannot be returned.
- Once the returned item has been received, inspected, and evaluated, you will be notified of the percentage of the refund based on the condition in which the item was received. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.
- Any return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
